STAMP-FER is an industrial reality that was established in 1971. Since the beginning of its activity, STAMP-FER has based its business on dynamism, product and process quality and the constant search for total customer satisfaction. In the year 2000, STAMP-FER underwent a profound corporate restyling, from which it drew new lifeblood that enabled it to face the new market dynamics with ease. The new corporate asset, arranges for major investments spread equally over those that are the company’s core values:

Thanks to this policy, STAMP-FER has obtained important success with a steady growth in turnover, the acquisition of new customers and the loyalty of historical partners. In 2008 STAMP-FER thanks to another important investment, the department of design and manufacture of metal molds was born, which makes it totally independent, and able to support the customer, from design to mass production of the product for the automotive and household appliance reference industrial sector. In this way it has become over the years, a key partner for many international clients across a wide range of markets.

Our history

1971

STAMP- FER was founded in 1971

1971

In 1971, the partnership with Zanussi Florence (now Electrolux) was set up.

2000

In 2000, STAMP-FER was acquired by the current ownership.

2008

The mould making department was born within Stamp-Fer.

The important collaboration with ZF SACHS, a leading multinational in the automotive industry, begins.

2013

An important project and new collaboration with ZF Suspension Mexico begins.

The production site is expanded.

2016

Further expansion of production site.

Purchased 600-ton Dainly press and 800X3 compact electronic servo line (capable of feeding up to sp. MM6.5).

2018

A 100 KW peak photovoltaic system capable of self-producing 30% of the total needs is installed.

Collaboration with Ferroli SPA begins.

2022

The stamping department was upgraded, with the purchase of a new 300 Tons Beutler Nova AG press and compact electronic servo line.

2023

The mold making department, sees a new addition arrive on the shop floor, a Doosan 1725x625x770 machining center.

Collaboration with Piaggio SPA begins.

2024

STAMP-FER has upgraded the photovoltaic system with an additional 80 Kw, managing to meet about 55 percent of its energy needs.

The design

The technical department is in charge of the technical consulting phase to the customer to study the feasibility of the projects, solve any problems, and suggest improvement solutions or customization of molds and metal products to best fulfill the required functionality.

Engineering

The dynamism of the market requires the definition of business processes and their industrialization in order to optimize the process, increase productivity and lower costs, in order to offer the market a highly reliable product at an extremely competitive price. In this way, after the prototyping of the molds, it is possible to start production by reducing the time-to-market .

The production process

STAMP-FER’s production cycle is based on the analysis of a team of experienced and trained technicians who study and analyze potential specific problems and prepare a plan of controls and a series of technical process diktats so as to ensure maximum flexibility and reliability of the molds. The process begins with the control of raw materials and proceeds with the stages of the industrial cycle divided into initial processing, additional processing, treatments, assemblies and finishes, meeting strict quality standards from time to time.

Quality control is carried out based on

  • on custom parameters specific to the job type,
  • on aesthetic and dimensional measurement checks on finished products.
